JumpCoach treats coaching like a flipped classroom.
Before each session, you and your Certified JumpCoach will agree on topics to cover at the next session.
You will then study the topics which may include watching parts of a lesson, finding and reading other material on a topic, or making journal entries.
During the session, your coach will help you connect the dots on the topic and apply it to your real-world opportunities and challenges.
Your coach will also set aside time at each session to answer questions or help you address any other leadership challenges you may be facing.
You should plan to spend between 1-3 hours preparing for each session.
Coaching is available between 8 AM and 7 PM US ET on most traditional working days that are not US holidays. Slots are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
We currently do not offer weekend sessions.
All of our coaches are experienced leaders who have gone through the core JumpCoach training, additional coaching training, and pass a certification process. We strive to have a bench of coaches at different levels and from different industries to best match your needs.
